Refund and Returns Policy

At Master Books, customer satisfaction is very important to us. This Return & Refund Policy outlines your rights and options if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.


1. Returns for Physical Products

  • You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, the product must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition as received.

    • In its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.


2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital products (eBooks, PDFs, downloadable files, etc.).

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers.

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”


3. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at info@masterbooks.in with your order details.

  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

  3. Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returns unless the product was defective or an error occurred on our part.


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of the refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our mistake).


5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within  7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.


7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping for a full refund.

  • Once shipped, cancellations will be treated as a return (see Section 1).
